The machine was used for riveting segment saw blades from Ø 400 to Ø 2000 mm.
Segments were manually positioned onto the carrier disc and fixed with straight rivet pins.
The opposing riveting unit simultaneously rivets the pin from both sides.
The controlled table automatically indexes to the next working position.
Ideal for saw blade manufacturers and repair shops.
Also suitable as a basis for building a special-purpose machine.
