The compaction process takes place without the addition of binding agents—solely via hydraulic pressing force. Depending on the material, the input material volume can be reduced by up to 90%. The standard silo holds approx. 0.5 m³, but larger silos or special containers for installation below an existing extraction and filter system as a complete disposal unit are also available. Depending on customer requirements, MPP NEM individual machines can be combined into a complete system. The chip hopper of the press can be loaded manually, via conveyor belt, via dust extractor, or with a tilting container trolley. For systems intended for fully automatic operation, the use of a lift-and-tilt device, in conjunction with a shredder, is recommended. The MPP NEM briquetting presses are designed for the production of briquettes from homogeneous material.
