The machine features a sturdy base frame. For the positioning of the saw unit, linear guides and precision carriages are used. The drives are equipped with servo motors. During the cutting process, the saw unit moves forward 300 mm along the Y-axis, making it possible to cut special profiles, plates, as well as Item and Bosch profiles with ease. The support table consists of movable rollers that are automatically positioned according to the required cut length. All rollers are also mounted on precision linear carriages. Additionally, the saw features a robust discharge table where the cut aluminium parts are deposited. (Optionally, cut parts can also be transported directly away on a conveyor belt, including the removal of chips.)
