Fast, smooth, and ergonomic cutting
Specially developed for cutting profiles, beams, and solid materials. Material is clamped vertically on both the infeed and outfeed sides. From K-tech 800 H onwards, the machine comes standard with an additional horizontal clamping vise. The interaction of hydraulic saw frame lowering, material positioning, and the pusher system is CNC controlled.
The machines come standard with the environmentally friendly B&S Clean Cut cutting system featuring minimal quantity lubrication. This reduces cleaning effort and conserves resources.

CNC Control
A CNC control system allows programming of up to 90 cutting programs with different cut lengths, quantities, and mitres.
The B&S pusher system—an infeed and positioning system—is equipped with 'double-sided opening grippers' that are hydraulically controlled. This ensures secure gripping and transport of materials and bundles that may deviate slightly from the ideal shape. The pusher system is mounted separately and guided by ball-bearing linear guides, a ground rack, and a robust, frequency-controlled geared motor.
