A unique device for applying pretreatment fluid before textile printing. Thanks to the size of the spray area (40 x 60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers M2, M3, M4, but also for printers with smaller print areas, such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.
The main advantage is that no compressor is needed. The machine is equipped with 4 independent and adjustable nozzles (so you can apply fluid only to small areas, e.g. for left chest logo printing). Spray time for the full 40 x 60 area: 4.5 seconds. Adjustable spray width in 2 cm increments (from 2 to 60 cm length). Large, clear LCD display. PRETREATmaker IV
is a top-class device designed for professional application of pretreatment fluid to textiles. It features an advanced electronic control system that provides high performance and simplifies operation during textile pretreatment. The intuitive color touchscreen enables easy adjustment of spray length and width as well as spray volume. The machine has four nozzles, each individually switchable.
This allows you to set the exact area for the pretreatment solution (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.) application, and saves substantial fluid compared to manual application with a pneumatic/air spray gun. The spray area length can be adjusted in 2 cm steps via the touchscreen. Ten levels are available to set the amount of pretreatment fluid to be applied.
The Pre-treat maker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning process (consumption approx. 12 ml/hour), keeping the nozzles clear and preventing drying or clogging.
