We offer a complete bottling line for natural and carbonated mineral water, specifically designed to meet the complex demands of technicians and industry experts. This solution handles bottle formats from 0.5 to 2 liters and can process up to 12,000 bottles per hour, delivering high reliability and outstanding performance.

SIPA Blow Molding Machine and Preform Handling
The SIPA SFR 12 blow molding machine, built in 2000, initiates the production process. It efficiently handles preforms with a tipper and an elevator-orientator. Additionally, the integrated chilling unit and four mold sets enable the precise and flexible production of bottles in various sizes, ensuring smooth operations at the beginning of the production line.

PROCOMAC Monoblock: The Core of the System
The PROCOMAC monoblock integrates three essential bottling functions into a single system. Firstly, the PROCOMAC GRIPSTAR 2R rinser thoroughly cleans the bottles and prepares them for filling. Next, the PROCOMAC FILLSTAR PET filler quickly and precisely fills the bottles with still or carbonated mineral water. Finally, the PROCOMAC 10-head PICK & PLACE capper seals the bottles securely and efficiently.

Additionally, the carbonator and CIP (Clean-In-Place) system ensure compliance with hygiene standards and facilitate maintenance. These components not only increase the efficiency of the monoblock but also guarantee reliable performance throughout production.

Conveying and Packaging Systems

The PELACCI P.13.8.5 cap elevator supplies the line with caps continuously, ensuring zero interruptions. The PE ROLLMATIC CI 540 12T labeller applies labels accurately to bottles of various formats. Next, the ZAMBELLI LFT 50 shrink packer wraps bottles into bundles, while the COMAG H 55/1 handle applicator adds handles to the packs for easy transportation.

The LEVATI ARTIS palletiser arranges the bundles precisely on pallets. The ROBOPAC HELIX HS 30 stretch wrapper secures the loads for safe transport. Finally, the EIDOS labelling system prints and applies labels directly on the production line, enabling full customization to meet diverse production requirements.

Conveyor Belts for Optimal Material Flow
The conveyor system ensures efficient material flow throughout all production stages. Air conveyors transport bottles rapidly, while specialized belts transfer bundles and pallets seamlessly between different sections of the line. This enables a continuous and smooth workflow, significantly reducing production downtime.

Current Status and Availability
