The air is heated by a burner and a heat exchanger, both made of high-grade 304 stainless steel and housed in the fresh air unit. During painting, the air is filtered twice (by pre-filters and ceiling filters) before entering the cabin. The polluted air is also filtered twice (inlet and exhaust filters) before leaving the exhaust unit. Air treatment units are insulated like the sidewalls to minimize heat loss and are protected against possible vibration and noise by rubber seals on the covers. Fresh air from outside circulates in the cabin during this phase. *DRYING PROCESS* In this phase, 80% of the air flowing through the cabin is heated to 60°C and delivered into the cabin via a plenum. Since 20% of the solvent is released during drying, the solvent is expelled with this air. Industrial paints are typically dried at 60°C; however, the cabin temperature can be adjusted via the control panel as needed. *COOLING PROCESS:* After the 30-minute drying phase, the coil is deactivated via the control panel, the pneumatic damper closes, and the extraction system restarts.
