Powder Coating Systems

For years, powder coating has been evolving continuously as an alternative to wet painting, and especially recently, it has gained significant importance due to its lower environmental impact, as it does not generate solvent or paint sludge emissions. In particular, the ability to recover unused powder enables especially high efficiency levels.

For users, powder coating has the advantage of providing an extremely durable and corrosion-resistant finish that is considerably more impact-resistant than conventional paint. Additionally, reworking, such as grinding or drilling coated parts, poses no problem and will not cause the coating to flake off.

Manual Powder Coating Systems
Manual powder coating installations are the ideal solution for complex and challenging workpieces. With skilled personnel, there is continuous adaptation to changing circumstances and product sizes. Flexibility is paramount, and these systems also offer a cost-effective entry into the world of powder coating.

Large-Capacity Powder Spray Booths
No matter how large or demanding your workpieces are—our systems are even larger! Due to the high loads involved in commercial and utility vehicle applications, powder coating has established itself as the ideal solution here. To accommodate ever-larger components, we offer large-capacity powder coating booths that, combined with manual application, place no limits on workpiece size and, when used in conjunction with conveyor systems, can handle any dimension.

Automatic Powder Coating Systems
If your operation requires high throughput and speed, an automated powder coating installation is your ideal solution. Coupled with conveyor systems, light curtains enable precise part detection and, therefore, exact dosing of powder for optimal efficiency. Of course, we also offer systems equipped with lifting stations and robots to handle even the most complex components.

Powder Curing Ovens & Flash-Off Dryers
The perfect finishing touch for any powder coating process: the curing oven. Our ovens, built to the highest insulation standard, extend our system-wide efficiency to this crucial stage. Detailed temperature control also allows use as a flash-off dryer to dry components after pretreatment. Temperatures of up to 250°C are possible, making these ovens suitable for use as tempering ovens—for example, with hot-dip galvanized parts. Of course, classic use as a powder curing oven is straightforward; optimal air distribution and a visualized control panel prevent overbaking and even enable simultaneous curing of different color shades.
