Opis
MAIN SPECIFICATION
Our spray booths are designed to meet all necessary requirements for paint application, including air filtration, extraction, lighting, and a controlled environment. All processes inside the booth are managed via a PLC system, ensuring consistent adherence to set values.
OPERATING PRINCIPLES OF THE BOOTH
Processes inside the booth are controlled via an operator panel, which manages the following steps:

PAINTING PROCESS
During painting, 100% fresh air is drawn from outside, passed through front filters, and directed into the plenum chamber at ambient temperature. The air is then expelled through the extraction unit. Floor filters (paint stop filters) capture paint particles, and the air passes through final exhaust filters before being released.
FLASH-OFF PROCESS
After painting, the booth continues to run for approximately 15 minutes to extract residual solvents and thinners. During this phase, fresh air from outside continues to circulate within the booth.
DRYING PROCESS
In this phase, 80% of the air circulating through the booth is heated to 60°C and supplied into the booth through a distribution system. As approximately 20% of the solvent is released during drying, it is expelled together with this air. Industrial coatings are typically cured at 60°C, but booth temperature can be adjusted via the operator panel as needed.
COOLING PROCESS
After the 30-minute drying phase, the heating coil is deactivated from the operator panel, the pneumatic damper closes, and the extraction system restarts. During the 5-minute cooling phase, fresh air from outside circulates in the booth, after which the system shuts down automatically.
ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT
These control panels manage the functions and operation of all machinery and equipment inside the booth. The panel is made of durable galvanized sheet metal and steel sections and is fully enclosed to protect against dust and moisture.
Electrical devices and control panel:
• The control panel contains essential components such as circuit breakers, fuses, signal lamps, thermal relays, contactors, and connectors.
• Heat-resistant cables are used for the command and control connections between the control panel and motors or other electrical equipment.
• Electrical wiring is designed to allow for relocation of the booth if required.
• Operating equipment uses 380 V 50 Hz, while control devices use 220 V.
• The booth operating time can be monitored on the electronic panel for easy maintenance tracking.
• Temperature and timer settings for flash-off, intermediate drying, and final drying can be easily programmed to the required values on the electronic control panel’s digital display.
• Users can monitor and adjust drying times via the heating thermostat and timer relay.
