For sale is an as-new Rösler injector blast cabinet, model RSKI 1400-SAT.
The system is designed for automatic blasting of small to medium production batches and is ideal for components with a maximum diameter of approximately 280 mm.

A rotating satellite table ensures even blasting of the parts – ideal for cleaning, deburring, descaling, derusting, or roughening of precision components.

After loading the raw parts, the blasting time per satellite can be set via the control panel. Once the raw parts have been acknowledged via the push button located directly next to the cabin door, the individual satellites are indexed and processed. After the blasting time has elapsed and all workpieces have been treated, a completion message is displayed, and the system can be loaded and unloaded again.

Thanks to the generously dimensioned integrated filtration system, the blast cabinet is suitable for virtually all blast media, including finer mineral abrasives.

The system was originally used in the medical technology sector, hence the interior is rubber-lined. This provides additional wear protection for both the blasting media and the machine, as well as noise dampening—making the system more efficient and quieter compared to an unlined cabinet. There are no disadvantages for other industries or users.

By removing the front hand hole cover, manual blasting can be performed at any time with minimal conversion effort. Additional nozzles can also be retrofitted if required.
