This used, complete can filling line for carbonated soft drinks (CSD) is designed for the production and industrial packaging of carbonated beverages, achieving up to 14,000 cans per hour in the 250 ml format. The heart of the line is an Ortmann Herbst isobaric can filler with 45 valves, paired with a Ferrum 706 can seamer with 6 heads (can end size 200). The scope includes depalletizing, can rinsing, filling and seaming, tunnel pasteurization, inline inspection, coding, secondary packaging, palletizing, and end-of-line handling, providing a turnkey used filling line solution.
