Note: The workpieces, max. 100 kg or 25 dm³, are stored in the orienting unit and sorted according to position.
At the end of the sorting process, the workpieces are buffered on a linear conveyor rail and then fed to the singulation unit.
Behind the singulation unit, an appropriate transport hose and a blow air nozzle are mounted. Only one workpiece at a time is transported through the hose. As electrical interfaces, HAN connectors, BUS modules, and also valve islands may be used.
