Stanje: rabljeno, Leto izdelave: 2001, Filling and closing machine for filling yoghurt and quark into plastic buckets of various sizes. Plastic buckets are taken from the stack in the bucket magazine and placed onto the conveyor belt. Before filling, the buckets, and before closing, the lids, are sterilized using a heating cartridge with hydrogen peroxide and steam. A calibrated load cell fills the product into the buckets until a pre-set weight is reached. The closer picks lids from the lid magazine, places them onto the buckets, and presses them down firmly. Machine feature: gravimetric filling Output approx.: 450 units/hour based on 6.1-liter buckets; dependent on packaging size and product viscosity Power: 11 kW Voltage: 400 V Frequency: 50 Hz Hodpfxsyvtrlj Ag Aonu Heating/cooling: Steam 3 bar; 10 kg/h Compressed air: 6-8 bar; Qmax = 300 l/min Length: 3,708 mm Width: 968 mm Height: 2,442 mm Formats: 1.3-liter buckets (H = 132 mm, Dmax = 132 mm); 6.1-liter buckets (H = 195 mm, Dmax = 226 mm); 10-liter buckets also possible Direction of flow: left -> right Basic design: longitudinal runner Equipment: filling head; closing head; bucket magazine; lid magazine; heating cartridge; load cell; protective housing with doors; control cabinet with push buttons and 12-inch touch display; product connection/CIP supply DN50; steam connection 1"; compressed air connection 3/8"; CIP return DN40

Stanje: rabljeno, System for filling yogurt and curd into round plastic buckets of various sizes and for labeling these with self-adhesive wrap-around labels. The system consists of a separate filling/sealing block and a labeling unit. Filler/Sealer: The plastic buckets are taken from the stack in the bucket magazine and placed onto the conveyor belt. The buckets are sterilized with a hydrogen peroxide and steam heater before filling, and the lids are sterilized before sealing. A calibratable weighing cell doses the product into the buckets until a predetermined weight is reached. The sealer applies lids from the lid magazine onto the buckets and presses them on firmly. Labeler: Inline labeling machine for self-adhesive wrap-around labels. Suitable for various bucket sizes from 1 to 5 kg capacity. Additional info: Gravimetric dosing; Labeling of self-adhesive wrap-around labels Filler/Sealer output approx.: 450 units/h (based on 6-liter buckets), depending on container size and product viscosity Labeler output approx.: 1,080 units/h Formats: Round plastic buckets from 1 to 10 liters Equipment: Bucket filling and sealing machine; Bucket labeling machine Hjdpfjy Nnb Usx Ag Aonu
