Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling unit, hot-melt glue application to straight workpieces (EVA/PUR glue pot with discharge function optional), 2-motor HF end trimming station, HF multifunction milling unit, 2-motor corner copying unit, chain feed, motorized top pressure with encoder and ball-bearing double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece feed, integrated section control for contact-free operation of processing functions, and L-Motion control (18 axes). For ABS, PVC, melamine and solid wood veneer roll material, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0/5.0 mm and workpiece height from 10 – 60 mm.

• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled pre-milling units with diamond-tipped spiral cutters ensure clean and tear-free pre-milling of workpieces before edge banding.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with bottom glue reservoir (excess glue is automatically returned to the pot), fine dosing glue application by glue roller, separate adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine is unused for extended periods but remains switched on). Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with discharge/cleaning function for fast color changes.

• Pre-cutting shear for roll material up to 3 mm edge thickness.

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller running synchronously with the glue roller and two smaller, conversely conical pressure rollers with pneumatic pressure, ensures optimal joint formation of the edge material with the workpiece. Program-controlled adjustment for edge thickness with L-Motion motor.

• High-frequency cross-cut saw equipped with two 0.55 kW HF motors, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades, and high-precision linear guides ensure a clean and precise cut, equipped with extraction hoods. Pneumatically swivels from the control panel.

• High-frequency combination milling station, 2 powerful 0.55 kW high-frequency motors with multifunction tools (straight + 3 different radii), horizontal and vertical tracing of the workpiece, each with 3 L-Motion motors for positioning the horizontal tracing shoes, vertical tracing shoes, and the multifunction tool. 2 chip extraction hoods, height adjustment for the top unit with the top pressure.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 3 mm edge thickness. Equipped with 2 high-frequency motors 0.27 kW, can be activated from the control panel. Optional single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying. Each with 2 L-Motion motors for positioning the horizontal tracing shoes and the tool.

• Rotatable control panel with 10'' color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction when the machine is not in use, switching units on and off and error diagnostics, motorized top pressure, extensive program memory, and fully automatic operation of the processing units.
