The cross belts enable rounding of both the inner and outer edges of the workpieces. Simultaneous processing of both sides of laser-cut or punched metal parts saves time and reduces production costs. Another advantage of the DM1100 2C is its ability to process small parts from 50 mm. By folding up a table, the rotation direction of the upper conveyor belt changes automatically, bridging the gap of the first processing station, so that parts go directly to the second station. This means that small products from 50 mm up to 150 mm can be processed on one side only. A further benefit is that the machine can edge round parts with protective film without damaging the film. Easy and tool-free cross belt change. Program for automatic positioning of the upper and lower belts ensures good accessibility and shorter changeover times.
