Automatic gluing machine with 4 rollers for polyvinyl acetate (PVAC), urea-formaldehyde (UF), and polyurethane adhesives, suitable for various materials such as MDF, multi-layer board, chipboard, composite materials, and drywall panels.

This type of gluing machine allows precise and homogeneous dosing of glue, taking into account the corrugation of the rollers, which must be suitable for the type of production. The heavy-duty structure and the roller core, which is manufactured with increased thickness compared to earlier models, enable high production rates without major issues and bonding of materials up to a width of 2200 mm. Roller removal for maintenance is a simple process, as the supports can be separated into two halves via an easy bayonet coupling.

It is also possible to equip the gluing machine with various accessories, such as an electronic speed controller, automatic roller washing device, and an automatic lifting device for the upper roller with position display on the screen.

The S4R/P gluing machine can be used for various types of production, including in the construction sector and for manufacturing foam panels and mattresses.
