Overview
This can filling line consists of machines from Krones, KHS, Ferrum, Kisters, Hein, Strema and additional system components. The line is designed for beverage canning with a nominal output of approximately 60,000 cans per hour. The main filling and seaming area includes a KHS Innofill EMD 108S filler and a Ferrum F812 can seamer. The line also incorporates modern inspection and handling equipment, including a Krones Checkmat from 2023, several Krones machines from 2018, and a Strema A5000BII from 2021. The system covers the core process from can handling and filling through seaming, inspection, pasteurization, to packaging and transport. Several machines have been modernised or upgraded over time, making the line a combination of proven core filling technology and newer inspection, packaging, and auxiliary equipment.
