Forescolour, consisting of milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact panel, and subframe with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed configured as a 19mm MDF sacrifice board. Table openings preconfigured lengthwise and crosswise. Mechanical set includes profile rails, profile rail carriages, ball screw drive, and precision rack and pinion. All components are assembled, pre-lubricated and tested, and ready for immediate operation.

Control system set includes control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance amplifiers, power supply, and toroidal transformer, all pre-installed in a control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis.

Brush seals for dust protection, and CE-compliant safety equipment through a moving extraction unit and a one-sided mounted laser scanner for work area monitoring, with 275° coverage and a 5.5m field range (enabling machine installation in a corner). Handheld control unit equipped with all necessary functions for machine operation, including emergency stop and dead-man's switch. Tool length sensor for determining tool length and for setting active zero offset. High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, including locknut, frequency inverter power filter, brake resistor, and collet set. Monitor as built-in display, including mini PC with Windows 10, featuring Beamicon2 control software, plus mouse and keyboard, all pre-installed in an ergonomic console. CAD license Rhino 7.0 and CAM license Estlcam V11, along with all required documentation, will be sent via email prior to delivery.

Vacuum Axolox 2513:
Milling bed constructed as a vacuum table, consisting of four individually controllable segments. Cross-table made from PE with an MDF top sheet.
Vacuum pump from Becker with a capacity of 100m³/hour, oil-lubricated. Power connection for the vacuum pump requires a plug for 3-phase, 16 amps, 400 V. Customer must provide 3mm HDF plain on both sides for the entire vacuum table (2,500 x 1,300 mm) as a sacrificial board. (Recommended application: machining of coated wood-based panels)

Maintenance kit in Systainer:
150 ml grease gun, one cartridge of high-performance grease (400 g), 500 ml can of silicone spray grease, a grease nipple with hose section, and a 30mm face mill with reversible inserts.

Pneumatic unit: consists of four cylinders, throttle check valve, push-in fitting, angle push-in fitting, silencer connectors, filter regulator, L-distributor, PE tubing and holders, designed for use in a preconfigured table opening (for end-face machining). If pneumatics are required for both table openings, two positions must be calculated. (NOTE: Compressor must be provided by the customer)
