New demonstration machine!! List price: €52,742 net. Gantry router, consisting of milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis unit in compact board, and base frame, with adjustable machine feet. Milling bed as sacrificial board in 19mm MDF. Table openings pre-configured lengthwise and crosswise. Mechanical set consisting of profile guides incl. profile guide carriages, ball screws, and precision racks. All elements assembled, pre-lubricated incl. trial run, ready for immediate operation.

Control set consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance power stages, power supply, and toroidal core transformer, completely pre-assembled in the control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis. Switching relay for automatic control of existing extraction system.

Brush seals for dust protection, as well as CE-compliant safety devices through mobile extraction hood and unilateral laser scanner for work area monitoring, with 275° and 5.5m area coverage (machine positioning in a room corner). Handheld control unit with all necessary functions for machine operation, incl. emergency stop button and dead man's switch. Tool length sensor for determining tool length and changing the active zero point offset. High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, incl. collet nut, frequency converter, mains filter, brake resistor, and collet set. Built-in monitor, incl. mini PC with Windows 10, control software Beamicon2, mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console. Vacuum table: Milling bed constructed as vacuum table, consisting of four adjustable segments. Cross table made of PE with a cover plate. Vacuum pump by Becker with a capacity of 100 m³/h, oil-lubricated. For the vacuum pump’s power connection, a 16 amp, 400 V AC plug is required. Customer provides HDF 3mm double-sided raw for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial board. (Recommended application: machining of coated wood-based panels)
