CNC Wood Router Axolox 3021 – Demonstration Machine, Immediately Available –

Made from 19mm Forescolour, consisting of a milling table (X-axis), gantry (Y-axis), Z-axis assembly in compact laminate, and subframe with adjustable machine feet. The milling bed serves as a sacrificial plate in 19mm MDF. Table openings are pre-configured for longitudinal and transverse setup. Mechanical set comprises profile rail guides including carriage units, ball screw, and precision rack and pinion. All components are assembled, pre-lubricated (test run included), and immediately ready for operation. Control kit includes control cables, energy chains, planetary gears, stepper motors, high-performance drivers, power supply, and toroidal transformer, pre-installed in the control cabinet, plus sensors for each axis. Switching relays for automatic control of the existing extraction system. Brush seals offer dust protection, and all protective measures comply with CE by means of a mobile extraction device and a side-mounted laser scanner for workspace monitoring, covering a 275° and 5.5m field of view (machine positioned in room corner). Handheld control unit equipped with all necessary functions, including emergency stop and dead man's switch. Tool length sensor determines tool length and updates the active zero offset. High-frequency spindle, 2.2 kW, includes collet nut, frequency inverter, line filter, brake resistor, and collet set. Built-in monitor, including mini PC with Windows 10, control software Beamicon2, mouse, and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console. CAD license Rhino 7.0 and CAM license Estlcam V11, as well as all necessary documentation, will be sent by email prior to delivery.

consisting of six adjustable segments. Cross-table made of PE with top plate MDF. Becker vacuum pump, 160 m³/h, oil-lubricated. For electrical connection, a 16A, 400V AC plug is required. Customer to provide 3mm HDF, unfinished on both sides, for the full vacuum table area (3000x2100mm), to be used as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended application: processing of laminated chipboard materials.)
