Milling bed made from 19 mm MDF as a sacrificial board, equipped with guide rails and T-slot nuts for workpiece clamping.

Base frame with reinforcements, filled with polymer concrete, prepared for transport via pallet truck or forklift.

Mechanical set consisting of profile linear guides including carriages, as well as ball screw drives 2010 and 1605 for all axes.

Shaft couplings and high-performance grease for lubricating the individual carriages, as well as energy chains including connection sets.

Control set comprising a Triple Beast controller for 3-axis control, with Ethernet connection.

Leadshine driver for the fourth motor. Four stepper motors, 5.0A, 3Nm, with motor cables, as well as a 48 V, 6.7 A switch-mode power supply, LED board for breakout board, ribbon cables and proximity sensors, small parts such as wire cables, ferrules, control cables, heat shrink tubing, and cable lugs. Fully installed in an aluminum enclosure including electrical kit and emergency stop.

- 21.5 inch monitor as built-in screen, including mini PC with Windows 7, CAD software Rhino 5.0, G-code generator Estlcam, control software Beamicon2, as well as mouse and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic console.

Tool length sensor for tool length measurement and updating active zero offset.

Optional equipment:

- High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, including clamping nut, frequency inverter, line filter, brake resistor, and collet set.
