CNC ROUTER C2131 IND (working area 2100 x 3100 mm) – a dynamic and precise milling plotter based on components from leading global manufacturers, equipped with an Italian-made HSD spindle, among others.

1. Work Table

- Sectional table with six independent vacuum zones, made from rigid and durable HPL boards, controlled directly from the control cabinet.

- Each section is fitted with holes supplied with vacuum from a vacuum pump via a pipe system.
- Main holes in the vacuum table include plugs enabling the clamping of various material formats.
- Table equipped with stoppers on two axes—pneumatic positioners for consistently placing materials in the same location.

2. Spindle

- Brushless spindle from a renowned manufacturer, 9 kW power, powered by an inverter with overload protection.
- Milling electrospindle equipped with an innovative AIR cooling system.

3. Drive

- Energy-efficient, high-class YASKAWA AC servo drives, digitally controlled, ensuring precise machining at high working speeds in all directions.
- Brushless AC servo motors drive the X and Y axes via high-quality planetary gearboxes.
- The Z axis, where positioning precision is crucial, is driven by a reinforced ball screw.
- Bridge movement along the X and Y axes utilizes HIWIN linear guides and helical gear racks, ensuring many years of trouble-free operation, made of high-grade hardened steel.

4. Construction

- The rigid table frame, made from ribbed steel, eliminates vibrations during the production process.

5. Tool Magazine and Tool Measurement Probe

- The machine is fitted with a 12-position linear tool magazine, ISO30 tool holders, and ER32 collets.
- Included holders: ISO30 and collets for tool sizes:
1/2" - 6 pcs; 1/8" - 2 pcs; 3-4mm - 2 pcs; 5-6mm - 4 pcs; 7-8mm - 2 pcs; 9-10mm - 2 pcs.

6. Software and INDUSTRIAL CONTROL:

- Machine operated via a SYNTEC industrial controller, as in large machining centers. The package includes a handwheel and LCD display. Optional latest UCanCAM V12 software available.

7. Vacuum Pump (option) and Extraction Foot

- A vacuum pump significantly increases clamping force for workpieces, preventing material movement.
- Pneumatically operated extraction foot located at the spindle allows connection to any chip extraction system, maintaining clean machining, safety, and precision.
