Vertical panel saw for cutting panel-shaped wood materials such as chipboard, MDF panels, veneer panels, multiplex, etc.

Base machine:
- Fully welded frame with extremely high rigidity
- Precise guidance of the saw beam/saw unit for accurate cuts. Automatic feed for vertical and horizontal cuts. Maximum cutting depth: 60 mm

Saw beam:
- Robust saw beam guided on precision rails. Pneumatic locking of the saw beam at both bottom and top positions. Electrically monitored during vertical cuts.

Saw unit:
- Smooth and ergonomic operation for plunging in and out of the saw unit. The plunge lever can be folded in the upper position for precise immersion of the saw unit. Generously sized levers for easy swiveling. Housing cover opens for full access to the saw unit, allowing easy tool changes with ProLock quick-release chuck. Viewing slot: riving knife can be retracted.

- Automatic plunge, cut, retract, and stop

- Shortened return path (selector switch)
- The shortened return capability of the saw beam eliminates unnecessary movement of the saw unit (when short workpieces are positioned on the right)

- Efficient operation of the machine. Ergonomically positioned at eye level.

Lower workpiece support:
- Sturdy, wear-free stainless steel support. Support extends to the cutting line: Narrow workpieces cannot tip over or fall through.

- Effective dust extraction with two ports: Saw unit Ø 120 mm, machine frame end Ø 100 mm (for TRK variant)

Lift-roller transport system:
- Manually raisable and lowerable rollers for easy and material-friendly panel transport.

Measuring tape:
- For displaying measurements of horizontal cuts with three manual indicators:
- Absolute measurement from the lower workpiece support
- Absolute measurement from the middle workpiece support
- Series cuts from the top edge of the panel
