Offset sanding units with large-diameter tension rollers for effective heat dissipation and stable sanding belt guidance. Sanding units feature forced sanding belt oscillation. Two-point sanding dust extraction directly at the sanding drum. Ambient dust extraction at the large tension rollers. Integrated sanding belt air blow-off system for increased belt lifetime. Integrated brush and finishing device, adjustable via threaded spindle, with large dust extraction.

Motorized sanding thickness adjustment of the upper unit via precision lead screws and linear ball sets on hardened and ground precision shafts with dust and dirt protection. Electronic digital display for workpiece thickness (resolution 0.1 mm). Contact roller and sanding shoe optimally balanced to sanding belt grain load. Hardened and ground sanding rollers.
