The new profil 92 M e-motion spindle moulder is the Format4 premium model designed for maximum operating comfort and guarantees absolute efficiency with minimal setup times during milling operations. The advanced electrospindle features an HSK 63F interface for a pneumatic tool quick-change system. The swiveling range of ±46° allows for unlimited processing versatility. With the self-explanatory e-motion control via the 15" touchscreen operating panel, spindle speed, spindle height and angle, as well as fence adjustment and even the table opening, can be set intuitively and precisely. Memory slots for tools, spindles, and milling programs ensure perfect repeat accuracy and the shortest setup times.

Controlled, eccentric supporting rings provide maximum table support area and significantly reduce adjustment effort, particularly during spindle swiveling. The newly developed, heavy-duty precision milling fence features two controlled axes for precise depth adjustment of the entire fence and an additional, independent depth positioning of the right (infeed) jaw. For comfortable access during curved milling operations, the fence can be completely swung away from the working area. Optionally, the Format4 profil 92 M e-motion can also be equipped with an electrically height-adjustable feed unit.
