- X-axis guide system:

The portal drive for the X-axis is via a helical, crowned rack and pinion – this ensures maximum precision.
The reduction gear guarantees excellent machining quality and repeat accuracy.
The bearing arrangement uses encapsulated recirculating ball carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides.


- Y-axis guide system:

The bearing arrangement uses encapsulated recirculating ball carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Y-axis is positioned via a ground recirculating ball screw.


- Z-axis guide system:

The bearing arrangement uses encapsulated recirculating ball carriages running on hardened and ground linear guides. The Z-axis is positioned via a ground recirculating ball screw.


- Automatic central lubrication:

Lubricant is precisely delivered to the guide carriages of the X, Y, and Z axes as well as to the recirculating ball screws in Y and Z.
Lubrication is carried out automatically at set intervals.
