Functional features:
Machine for horizontal flooding of individual workpieces. The product is applied by a row of nozzles. Excess product is then blown off by air nozzles.
The pump and air nozzles are automatically controlled and only operate when a workpiece passes through. This helps to reduce compressed air consumption. The recirculation mode ensures minimal product consumption.

Construction features:
Structure
Robust steel frame, coated with high-strength, water-soluble paint.
Machine body made of hot-sealed, thick polypropylene panels.
Four independent chambers for entry, flooding, air-blow, and exit.

Horizontal feed of workpieces
By means of motor-driven plastic rollers with grooves.
Electronic frequency inverter for controlling and varying feed speed.

Transmission
The machine is fitted with an exclusive system whereby all gear mechanisms are located outside the flooding chamber and are easily accessible for the operator, guaranteeing longer operational life and facilitating maintenance.
Moving parts are protected by cover plates and appropriate seals.

Recirculation pump
Pneumatic double-diaphragm pump with valves, seals, and diaphragms made from nitrile rubber, and a housing made of plastic material (PVDF).

Air nozzles
A blow-off system is installed in the first chamber to prevent product from escaping. A second blow-off system after the flooding chamber removes excess product from the workpiece.

Electrical control panel
According to CE, protection class IP 55. Includes inverter for adjusting feed speed.
