The Kettle:

- Manufacturer: Edmund Erdmann (Germany)
- Year of manufacture: 2004
- Made entirely of stainless steel 1.4301 / AISI 304
- Interior: polished / exterior: glass bead blasted
- Internal diameter / external diameter: 100 cm / 117 cm, internal depth: 49 cm
- Empty weight: 850 kg (according to the operating manual)

Double jacket (without insulation)

- Hot water circulation system with integrated heating elements (8 x 4.5 kW = 36 kW)
- Capacity: 350 liters
- Butterfly valve, DN 65
- Two-part lid
- Agitator (removable) mounted on a bridge. Can be raised with a lever (see photos).
- Agitator motor: 0.37 kW / 20 rpm – Brand: KEB – operational (tested)
- Circulation pump: Brand: Wilo
- Various safety sensors (cover – butterfly valve)
- Solenoid valves
- Temperature sensor PT100
- Specially manufactured / very robust tank and construction

Control Cabinet
- 2 thermostats
- Temperature recorder

IMPORTANT:

This device is sold untested and in “as is” condition. It comes from a business liquidation and was already dismantled at the time of purchase.

We have never assembled or tested this unit. It is highly likely that several components will need to be replaced. The device is sold as non-functional. Additional costs will apply.

We have tested the agitator motor, it runs.

The price is based on the value of the double-walled tank.
With some modifications, this tank can be externally heated.

The kettle is delivered with many cables. Some of these cables are damaged.

The control cabinet was originally built into the wall.
