The CORMAK 410 x 1500 industrial metal lathe features a robust cast iron bed construction. It is equipped with a 16-speed gearbox and a dual-range induction motor (2.2/3.3 kW), delivering maximum torque. This machine is recommended for machining hardened steels and mechanical turning operations. It is suitable for a wide range of tasks, including internal and external turning, taper machining, polishing, metric and imperial threading, as well as drilling and broaching.

- The 410x1500 CORMAK universal lathe can be used for a variety of tasks such as internal and external surface turning, taper turning, polishing, metric, imperial, module and DP threading, drilling, and broaching.
- A solid cast iron bed provides maximum vibration dampening. Additionally, the bed is hardened and precision ground.
- Digital readout operates in three axes: longitudinal, cross, and top slides. Signals from optical encoders are processed and displayed on the digital screen, visualizing movement values along each axis.
- The lathe is equipped with a high-quality, reinforced spindle bearing system.
- The large spindle bore of 52 mm ensures optimal work performance.
- Hardened and ground gears in the spindle gearbox.
- The suitable bed width of 250 mm provides stable and precise working conditions.
- Equipped with both a lead screw and feed shaft for thread cutting and automatic longitudinal and cross feeds.
- Easy adjustment of spindle speed and automatic feed from an ergonomic control panel on the gearbox.
- Capable of machining a wide range of threads without the need to change gears in the gear train. Extensive thread cutting range: metric (42) 0.2–14 mm/rev, imperial (42) 2–72 TPI, module (18) 0.3–3.5 mm, DP (21) 8–44 DP. Supports both right- and left-hand threading.
- Thread dial indicator for precise counting of thread leads. This feature is designed to save time, allowing rapid disengagement of the lead screw nut and fast manual return of the carriage to its original position in several passes.
- The bed is fitted with a removable gap bridge for machining oversized workpieces, such as large discs. This model allows machining of workpieces up to a maximum diameter of 580 mm with the gap bridge removed.
