Brewiks Microbrewery 300 - V2

The brewhouse features a 470 L wort kettle and a 500 L lauter tun.

Heating is electric with a capacity of 21 kW, integrated into the vessel wall and base. The brewhouse efficiency is up to 74%. The system can produce wort with an original gravity of up to 18 degrees Plato.

This is a two-vessel brewhouse, consisting of a mash/wort kettle combination and a separate lauter tun/whirlpool vessel. A highly efficient pump positioned beneath the mash tun enables recirculation of the wort and easy transfer between vessels using hoses.

Recipe management, automatic mashing programs, timer function, and manual operation are all controlled via a 7-inch touch display.

The integrated plate heat exchanger for sparge water preparation allows mains water to be heated directly to the required temperature and gently sprayed into the lauter tun via nozzles in the lid. No additional hot water preparation is required.

The built-in tubular heat exchanger for wort cooling is installed in the insulated double jacket of the wort kettle. This heat exchanger can use fresh water to cool hot wort from 96 °C down to approximately 18 °C within just 30 minutes. The cooling water produced can be collected in the mash tun for subsequent brews.
