- Grist mill (ROBIX) with platform scale
- 2-vessel brewhouse with a cast wort capacity of 10 hl. One vessel serves as mash/wort kettle with bottom heating and internal boiler. The second vessel functions as lauter tun/whirlpool. Manufactured by Joh. Albrecht Brautechnik.
- Plate heat exchanger (SONDEX) as wort cooler
- Wort aeration unit (Donaldson) with sterile filter
- 17.75 hl hot water tank, steam-heated, with pump. Manufactured by Joh. Albrecht Brautechnik.
- 5 cylindrical-conical storage tanks, each with a capacity of 27 hl. Manufactured by Joh. Albrecht Brautechnik.
- Various beer hoses
- Diaphragm pumps (FLOJET) as pressure boosting pumps, powered by compressed air
- Beer pump (SAWA) for transferring 5 m³/h
- Cleaning lance for dispense tanks
- CO2 warning device (Beviclean)
- Additional accessories including pressure reducers, dispensing heads, etc.
- Electric steam generator (VEIT) with an output of 60 kW
- Compressed air system (KAESER), including air compressor with refrigeration dryer
- Water treatment system (PENTAIR)
- Cooling system with compressor, buffer tank, expansion vessel, coolant pump
- Piping
