Application of a spiral cutterhead with replaceable carbide knife inserts, which reduces noise levels by approximately 50% and extends edge sharpness more than 20 times compared to a traditional straight cutter block.

An advantage of carbide inserts is that, in case of damage, individual knives can be replaced or rotated, significantly reducing operating costs.

Carbide-tipped blades provide tear-free planing and optimum smoothness with any type of wood.
