With the NOVA-3 tenoning machine, two rounded tenons of different sizes and angles can be produced simultaneously at both ends of a solid wood component. The innovative technology of the NOVA-3 makes it the leading double-sided tenoning machine on the market.

ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-free, stress-relieved welded steel construction, large-scale machining units with carriers and slides made of cast iron, absolutely vibration-free. Designed for maximum operational safety and the highest production output. 3 kW milling motors.

USER-FRIENDLINESS
The new swiveling system of the machining units allows for short setup times. Whether the units are swiveled around the vertical or horizontal axis, the tool position always remains constant—that is, the swivel point always corresponds to the tool position. Even when the angle changes, the shoulder length of the workpieces remains constant.

FLEXIBILITY
The NOVA-3 is an exceptionally versatile processing machine. Thanks to its robust and reliable mechanics, the advanced design of the machining units, and its innovative swiveling system, both small, highly deformed workpieces and large components requiring powerful material removal can be machined with precision. For the latter, the solid machine structure and the motor power are decisive factors. Flexibility is further enhanced by the availability of various feed magazines; depending on requirements, customers can equip their machine with either the ADR or APPC automatic infeed systems. Workpieces are loaded from dedicated reference points.

Finished pieces exit at the bottom of the machine, allowing the operator to easily remove them, transfer them to a conveyor belt, or deposit them in a container. No manual intervention is required; the operator only needs to load the magazine.
