The NOVA-3 tenoning machine enables the simultaneous production of two rounded tenons of different sizes and angles on both ends of a solid wood workpiece. The innovative technology of the NOVA-3 makes it the leading double-sided tenoning machine on the market.

ROBUST MECHANICS
Torsion-free, stress-relieved annealed steel welded frame, large machining units with carriers and slides made from cast iron, absolutely vibration-free. Mechanical components designed for high operational safety at maximum production capacity. 3 kW milling motors.

USER-FRIENDLINESS
Short setup times are ensured by the new swiveling system of the machining units, which keeps the tool position constant both when swiveling on the vertical and horizontal axes; in other words, the swivel point always corresponds to the tool position. Even when changing the angle, the shoulder length of the workpieces remains unchanged.

The NOVA-3 is an exceptionally versatile processing machine. Thanks to its large, reliable mechanical components, advanced design of the machining units, and innovative swiveling system, it can process both short, highly warped workpieces and large parts with high material removal rates, with equal precision. For the latter, the stable machine structure and powerful motors are decisive factors. Flexibility is further enhanced by the range of available loading magazines; depending on requirements, the customer can equip their machine with either the ADR or APPC automatic loader. Loading of the workpieces is performed from designated reference points.
Completed parts exit from the underside of the machine, allowing operators to easily collect them, transfer them to a conveyor belt, or deposit them in a container—no manual intervention is required, with the operator only needing to replenish the magazine.
