Two independently operating heavy-duty transport carts (A and B) for loads up to 35t.

The transporters are supported by four pivoting heavy-duty wheels and two omnidirectional drive wheels (allowing movement in any direction). The drive wheels are pneumatically pressed onto the ground to ensure optimal traction. The rotation of the two drive wheels activates the various drive modes of the transporters. This design enables a highly flexible transporter capable of longitudinal, lateral, and on-the-spot rotation.

Each transporter is equipped with an integrated 35-ton scissor lift table, whose contact surfaces are fitted with heat sinks to dissipate heat released by the pallet (when transporting warm/hot materials). The lifting system is powered by a central motor, with force transmission via two gearboxes and axles running through the frame. These axles drive four shafts located at the corners of the transporter. Depending on the transported goods, a custom fixture can be manufactured to be carried by the lifting system.

The entire system is protected by aluminum covers, each cover is numbered to ensure easy reassembly in the correct position after maintenance.

The conveyors were designed to move a maximum load of 35 tons at a top speed of 1.5 km/h in manual mode and 1 km/h in semi-automatic mode. The speed is infinitely adjustable using the manual joystick control.

Unloaded and in manual mode, the transporters can reach 2.5 km/h, and in semi-automatic mode the speed is limited to 1.5 km/h.
