Comprising the following units:

1.) Vacuum table with flat workpiece feed belt, 780 mm vacuum track in the center of the belt.
Belt feed motor approx. 3 kW, frequency controlled for continuously variable feed rate
1 – 10 m/min.
Selector switch for forward and reverse belt run, digital display for belt speed and
continuous table height adjustment. Suitable for wet processing.

2.) Contact roller approx. Ø 180 mm x 1350 mm wide, drive approx. 15/19 kW,
belt speed approx. 11-22 m/s with fine height adjustment and pneumatic oscil-
lation across the width, various sanding belts included.

3.) Vertical sanding/deburring disc (disc brush system) approx. Ø 1200 mm,
consisting of self-adhesive nonwoven abrasive in various grades available,
specially for deburring and cleaning surfaces as well as for radii rounding
on workpieces. Also suitable for workpieces with varying heights. Drive approx. 7.5 kW,
disc oscillates motor-driven (2.2 kW) across the entire belt width.

4.) Contact roller approx. Ø 180 mm x 1350 mm wide, drive approx. 18.5 kW,
belt speed approx. 11 m/s with fine height adjustment and pneumatic oscil-

lation across the width, various sanding belts included.

5.) Wet processing version = complete coolant system consisting of
belt filter unit with pump installed in machine base, rotary union on top
of the deburring disc spindle, return of coolant via the vacuum table, and
water mist separator above the machine, with blower approx. 5.3 kW. Side doors
in V2A stainless steel sheet, oil skimmer, etc.

6.) Side-mounted control panel with clear controls and digital
position and speed display. Joystick for feed belt and
table adjustment, 3 x ammeters, etc. as well as front and rear workpiece pressure rollers,
emergency stop
