Complete version of the vertical packaging system with volumetric dosing unit, 1 cup, single-vessel conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packing granular products such as sugar, rice, nuts, etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operation monitor, available in various languages, such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, dual transport function possible, air separation/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing—no vacuum is created), holding device for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur additional charge). – Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: filling range: 150–1,200 ml; film width: max. 420 mm; bag size min–max: L(60–300)xW(60–200) mm; maximum machine cycle rate (idle): 50 cycles/minute; stainless steel 30; 220V, 2.2 kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min; machine dimensions: LxWxH: approx. 1080x1300x1400 mm; weight: 500 kg. The dosing unit's cup has a filling capacity of up to 50 l. The single-vessel conveyor also has a filling capacity of up to 50 l.
