AMTEC VFFS-SYS AF 45-XL ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with auger dosing unit, screw conveyor, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for packaging powdery products with high or low flowability. The vertical form fill seal machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following features: PLC (touchscreen control monitor available in multiple languages, e.g., English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming unit, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport possible, air displacement/extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – a vacuum is not created), support device for heavy finished bags, euro slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit may incur additional cost).

- Screw conveyor for automatic conveying of material to the dosing unit. The vibration motor ensures even product flow. Feed hopper with up to 150-liter capacity. Size depends on customer-specific end setup.
Specifications: Hopper, conveyor length and angle can be adapted according to customer/product-specific requirements, hence total dimensions will vary. Conveyor length: 3~4m; stainless steel 304; conveying speed: 3.0m³/h – 12.0m³/h; 380V, 0.8kW-4.1kW; weight: 130kg – 270kg. Deviations in the specified specifications are possible. Dimensions of the complete system: approx. L2980xW3650xH2600mm, depending on final configuration. The system must generally be adapted to customer/product-specific requirements. As such, module and machine specifications may differ as indicated.
