AMTEC VFFS-SYS LP 50-M ECO

Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids, including tank, pump, and discharge conveyor belt. Suitable for both viscous and non-viscous liquids such as creams, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, jam, edible oil, vinegar, juice, milk, etc. The vertical form fill seal machine (VFFS) is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operating monitor, available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servomotor-driven film transport (double transport possible), air separation/removal device (removes air from the bag before sealing—does not generate a vacuum), holder for heavy finished bags, Euro slot punching unit, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit possibly at extra cost).

Specifications and product feeding may vary accordingly (surcharges may apply). The discharge conveyor has a stainless steel frame.

— Complete system dimensions: approx. L1780xW1850xH1470mm, depending on final configuration. The system must generally be tailored to customer/product requirements, so specifications may vary between modules and machines. Key components: Siemens color touchscreen display, Siemens PLC controller, Siemens servomotor, Airtac cylinders, Airtac solenoid valve, Omron relays, Siemens servomotor for film transport.

The machine/system is also available in alternative versions for various packaging sizes and packaging speeds.
