AMTEC VFFS-SYS MHW 50-M ECO

Complete version of the vertical packaging system with 10-head multihead weigher (1.3 l/head), Z-shaped conveyor, platform, discharge conveyor belt, and collection table for finished, packaged products. Suitable for packaging irregular-shaped bulk goods such as potato chips, cornflakes, cookies, nuts, candy, shrimp, or industrial components and products such as screws, nails, metal or plastic parts. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen operating monitor, available in multiple languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport, double transport option, air extraction device (removes air from the bag before sealing – does not create a vacuum), support device for heavy finished bags, Euro hole punch, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE sealing unit available at additional cost if required).

The weighing unit, with its 10 weighing heads (1.3 l/head), offers high weighing accuracy. Also equipped with a PLC, operation via touchscreen (available in multiple languages), 99 programs can be preset or saved, the servo motor (hopper) can be adjusted for different product types.

- Specifications: conveying speed: 30 m/min; 220V, 0.55 kW; dimensions LxWxH: approx. 1850x550x1230 mm; weight: 80 kg. Rotating collection table for collecting the finished bags from the discharge conveyor. Speed is adjustable. Table diameter: 1200 mm (standard); stainless steel 304; 220V, 0.37 kW. Stainless steel platform, necessary for access to the weighing unit and upper part of the packaging machine, dimensions LxWxH: approx. 2x2x2 m. Dimensions of the complete system: approx. L3200xW3200xH3600 mm, depending on final configuration. The system must be adapted to customer- and product-specific requirements, so deviations in the specified dimensions and components may occur based on module and machine versions.
