Complete dosing and packaging system for liquids, including tank, pump, and discharge conveyor. Suitable for both viscous and non-viscous liquids such as creams, toothpaste, body lotion, shampoo, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, jam, edible oil, vinegar, juice, milk, etc. The vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) packaging machine is equipped with the following components: PLC (touchscreen control panel, available in various languages such as English, German, etc.), date printer, automatic program setup, registration mark sensor, quick-change forming set, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor for film transport (double transport possible), air separation/extraction device (removes air from the pouch before sealing—does not generate vacuum), support device for heavy finished pouches, Euro-slot punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (PE unit available at extra charge if required). Specifications of the VFFS packaging machine: Dosing range: up to 3000 ml; film width: max. 520 mm; pouch size min–max: L(80–400) x W(80–250) mm; max. machine speed without load: 50 cycles/min; stainless steel 304; 220V, 4kW; 6 bar, 0.3 m³/min; machine dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 1150 x 1790 x 1650 mm; weight: 600 kg.
