Fully automatic liquid filling system with 4 filling heads, suitable for various filling ranges (e.g. 50ml to 500ml) – can be customised to customer requirements. Within the filling range, the filling volume can be precisely adjusted by changing the air cylinder stroke – easily managed via software, with no need for additional modules.

Operating principle: Bottles are fed in via conveyor belt, automatically positioned, filling needles are inserted into the bottles, and filling takes place via filling lances. The dosing is controlled by air cylinders. The filling lances feature a special stop mechanism to prevent dripping.

Key electronic components: Siemens PLC and touchscreen, Sick sensors, Panasonic frequency inverter. Pneumatic components mainly from AIRTAC. CIP self-cleaning hardware and software are included and customised to client requirements.
