This robust machine is made from high-quality stainless steel and operates on compressed air and 220V – Plug and Play! It is perfect for filling small batches. A very small compressor is sufficient to operate the machine; we can supply one if needed. For optimal performance, we recommend at least a 12L compressor.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill of 500ml per stroke. By setting multiple strokes, multiples of this volume can be dispensed easily (e.g., 750ml by dispensing 2 x 375ml per cycle). The minimum volume per stroke is 50ml; any fill volume between 50ml and 500ml can be set per stroke. We also offer a model with a 100ml cylinder, providing fill ranges from 5ml to 100ml per stroke. The machine comes with a large 25L hopper; it is also possible to connect directly to an IBC or 200L drum for faster filling in large-scale operations. The machine features both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine fills continuously, enabling fast and efficient filling of larger quantities. The interval between filling cycles can be adjusted. Using the foot pedal, you can fill at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and fill volume, the machine can process 15–25 units per minute, making it a very fast solution. The machine weighs approximately 15–20kg and can be easily placed on a table. Fabricated entirely from stainless steel, it is an exceptionally high-quality device.
