Vertical automatic cake and gateau slicer (cutting machine) with rotary table for fast slicing of all types of cakes and gateaux into square or triangular pieces, without compromising their appealing appearance and structure.

A PLC with touchscreen enables easy parameter setting for the cut piece(s), while the integrated microprocessor allows storage of up to 20 cutting programs in memory. The machine cover is made of stainless steel. The 9-litre air tank is built into the front section of the machine. The double-bladed knives are made of food-grade stainless steel and feature a precise drive system. An automatic blade cleaning and heating system, as well as adjustable cutting speed, enable the device to slice various cakes and gateaux up to an effective height of 80 mm.

- High-quality automatic blade cleaning system ensures a perfect appearance of the sliced product and eliminates the need for manual wiping before each cut. The cleaning system includes mechanical removal of product residues by a return slide (bar) and air flow into a special collection container.
