AL-KO PROFI JET

Thanks to their modular design, the PROFI JET® series system filter units enable the customised planning and construction of extraction solutions for almost any required air volume and virtually any conceivable application. The proven system also offers superior noise protection due to its insulated wall panels, and minimises heat loss when installed outdoors. Eligible for BAFA funding under Module 4.

Functionality:
The custom-designed extraction systems of the PROFI JET series are based on a robust steel frame as the core structure. The frame is completely enclosed with insulated, double-walled, powder-coated steel sheet panels, providing dust and weather protection for all system components—including fan, filter cleaning, and discharge components—within the sealed system housing. The clean-air side fans are installed in the upper section of the unit and draw dust- and chip-laden air into the filter unit. A large pre-separation chamber ensures effective separation of coarse particles and chips. Subsequent filter bags or cartridges then capture the remaining fine dust. The cleaned air is directed through a sound-insulated return air chamber either back into the building or outdoors.
