The Wolfking Y/D-REV is a powerful, exceptionally efficient industrial grinder specifically designed for both coarse and fine mincing of whole, hard blocks of frozen meat, fish, or poultry.
Thanks to its massive 400 mm plate diameter and 33 kW drive powered by 250 A, the machine can effortlessly break down and grind frozen raw material (up to -20°C) without the need for pre-thawing or pre-cutting with a guillotine. This allows you to maintain the highest microbiological quality of the product and dramatically reduce processing time.

Key features:
- Heavy-duty construction: Massive body and feed throat made entirely of acid-resistant stainless steel, designed to operate under extreme mechanical loads.

- High throughput: The 400 mm diameter combined with a specially engineered feeding and cutting auger geometry provides enormous hourly capacity.

- Minimal temperature increase: Special cutting system minimizes friction, preventing overheating of the raw material during grinding and allowing the fat and protein structure to remain intact.
