⚙️ Technical Specification & Airflow Management

The Ventis Nexus 250 is a fully enclosed spray booth with a complete vertical downdraft airflow system. Supply air is evenly introduced into the workspace through a full-surface ceiling plenum and directed vertically downward. This design complies with the requirements of DIN EN 16985 (formerly DIN EN 12215), ensuring homogeneous airflow with no dead zones.

Supply and exhaust fans are direct-driven and controlled via frequency inverters, which allows the air volume to be precisely adapted to each mode of operation. The technical ventilation system meets all occupational safety and regulatory requirements for spray paint booths, ensuring stable process conditions.

The filtration system is engineered for fully compliant operation in accordance with BImSchG, 31st BImSchV, and TA Luft.

🔹 Supply Air Filtration:
Multi-stage ceiling filters with diffusion media minimize the introduction of dust and particulates into the painting process.
🔹 Exhaust Air Filtration:
High-efficiency filter stages reliably capture paint mist and particulate emissions. The configuration supports compliance with typical permit requirements for dust emissions, as well as, depending on application, TA Luft limits for organic substances in collected exhaust air (e.g. ≤ 50 mg total carbon per m³).
