✳️Operating Principle✳️
This oven is designed for heating parts coated with powder paint. The coating polymerizes at approx. 200°C (depending on the type of powder used) and forms a film on the metal surface.

Temperature control is performed by a control unit, which receives signals from a temperature sensor inside the oven.

✳️Oven Body✳️
The body of the polymerization oven consists of thermally insulated panels, vertically interlocked and sealed with heat-resistant compound. Conveyor gaps at the oven door channels can be provided as required. Optional double swing doors are available.

✳️Heat Exchanger✳️
The heat exchanger is installed on the side of the polymerization oven housing. Its internal design and materials allow the chamber temperature to be raised up to 230°C and maintain acceptable temperature differentials at various locations.

Heat exchanger made from 3 mm thick AISI310 grade STAINLESS STEEL.

✳️Recirculation Fans✳️
Air circulation inside the oven is accomplished by four recirculation fans with insulated chassis. Wing-type air impellers are commonly used.

✳️Digital Fully Electronic Temperature Controller✳️

✳️Exhaust Fan✳️
Used for extracting and discharging gases produced during powder polymerization in the oven.

If required, the exhaust fan can run continuously after a certain period or be activated automatically at intervals.
