This HDPE blow molding machine features a highly specialized system for forming containers from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). The machine handles bottle formats up to 2 liters and achieves a production capacity of up to 2700 bottles per hour (bph). Furthermore, the system employs a 4+4 configuration, i.e., four upper and four lower cavities, optimizing production through a symmetrical and highly efficient design. This machine will be available from mid-October.

To guarantee high precision in bottle molding, the blow molding system offers a cavity spacing of 150 mm. In addition, the machine is equipped with a twin carriage, optimally controlling the production cycle and minimizing downtime. Mold configuration and flexibility
Although the machine is supplied without molds as standard, it supports a wide range of mold sizes up to a maximum capacity of 2 liters. Moreover, the entire system can be easily adapted to specific production requirements. If required, additional accessories or necessary modifications can be provided as separate options.
