Crossbar milling machine STEGHERR TYPE KSF-mini

The KSF-mini enables all common crossbar joints to be produced quickly and with precise fit. Precision machining is achieved by processing the workpiece on three sides in one single clamping operation.

The tool drive is powered by two three-phase motors; the workpieces are clamped pneumatically.

The profile cutter is dimensioned for the web width. The saw blades used for making the rebates are adjustable to the profile cutter dimensions by means of spacer rings. The swivelling device is backlash-free.

The machine is designed for a maximum workpiece cross section of 56 x 46 mm.
