Blowing Machine SIDEL

Sidel SBO 6

Stanje: skoraj kot novo (rabljeno), Funkcionalnost: popolnoma funkcionalen, številka stroja/vozila: SBO 6/10, Sidel stretch blow molding machine Max. output: 6,000 bottles/hour Max. bottle size: 3,000 cc Blow stations: 6 The machine is in very good and well-maintained condition. GENERAL INFORMATION The SBO 6/10 features 6 cavities and 10 heating modules. Operates with a variety of bottle sizes and designs from 0.25 to 3 liters. Two-stage PET stretch blow molding machines from Sidel require pre-manufactured preforms to be fed into the machine. Separating the processes for producing bottles and preforms allows for production optimization, greater operational flexibility, and provides a higher production capacity and yield. MAXIMUM PREFORM DIMENSIONS Neck height: 9 – 41 mm (measured from bottom of support ring) Minimum ID of neck: 19 mm Maximum OD of neck: 34 mm Preform support ring diameter: 29 – 51 mm Maximum preform length: 210 mm MAXIMUM BOTTLE DIMENSIONS Maximum bottle diameter: 130 mm Maximum bottle height: 380 mm Bottle capacity: 0.25 – 3 liters TYPICAL PREFORM WEIGHTS (for still and carbonated liquids) 0.25 liter bottle: 14-20 grams 0.50 liter bottle: 20-33 grams 1.00 liter bottle: 26-40 grams 1.50 liter bottle: 35-51 grams 2.00 liter bottle: 44-58 grams 3.00 liter bottle: 68-84 grams BLOW WHEEL Height: 3.5 meters Number of cavities: 6 Clamping force: 10 tons Item height (below neck) at discharge: approx. 1.4 meters Machine DC drive motor power: 4 kW HEATING UNIT Bljdpfxeg Ailco Abxjp Height: 2 meters Number of oven heaters: 10 Number of heating zones per module: 8 Maximum power: 170 kW ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS Maximum supplied power: 200 kW Average consumption: 100–150 kWh (varies with bottle produced) COMPRESSED AIR Available supply pressure: 7–35 bar Operating pressure: 7 bar Flow rate: 50–100 Nm3/h (varies with bottle produced) Blow pressure – Standard base: up to 25 bar Blow throughput – Standard base: 110–550 Nm3/h Blow pressure – Petaloid base: up to 35 bar Blow throughput – Petaloid base: 155–770 Nm3/h CHILLED WATER Temperature: 10–12°C Pressure: 5–6 bar Flow rate: up to 6 m3/h Heat dissipation: up to 16,000 kcal/h WEIGHT Blow wheel with molds: 8 tons Heating unit: 2.2 tons Preform feeder: 0.65 tons Control cabinet: 0.85 tons PREFORM HEATING UNIT The preforms are transported with the necks facing upward to the heating unit. This module ensures that preforms are rotated before passing neck-down in front of the heating elements, and again afterward. During the heating phase, the preforms are rotated and the necks are shielded from heat to optimize thermal distribution without distorting the neck. Heating is performed via 10 heating modules. Each module can accommodate up to 8 horizontally-stacked IR lamps, with air-cooled ends. The heating output of the 8 zones—matching the 8 lamp rows—is adjustable to optimize the temperature profile. These zones are regulated across all SBO models. After heating, an IR camera monitors preform temperature, enabling automatic adjustment of the controlled zones to maintain the required temperature at all times.
